User Info: howdyneighbor I posted on the Fashionista guide that Bryling in Solitude's outfit is a palette swap of Ulfrics. The guide says she is only pickpocketable but I killed her in my game. Tried again in another playthough and she couldn't be killed. I did become Thane of Solitude and did the Potema quest which may be part of the Thane stuff on the save that she could be killed though.
